Documents are organised into three sections:

Click the file's icon to download. The file size gives an indication of download time. A broadband connection is recommended for downloading files over 1MB. A standard dial-up connection using a 56kb/s modem will still get the file, but quite slowly.
Documents in Word format will require Microsoft Word or compatible software. Adobe PDF documents need the Adobe
PDF reader (formerly known as "Acrobat Reader") which is downloadable free from the Adobe website.

When the file has downloaded, how it is displayed depends on your operating system, browser software and configuration. The file may simply download to your desktop from where it can be double-clicked to open the relevant viewing software. If you have the adobe PDF plugin installed in your browser, PDF files may display automatically in your browser window. It is also possible that Word or Adobe Reader will launch automatically to open the downloaded file. Please contact us if you have a problem with any of these files.
