LHC is keen to get client feedback on a range of issues that affect the service that we provide. In your opinion do we communicate clearly the aims of our services and the type of support that we provide? Are you happy with the way in which you are consulted when we change the way we provide a service? Do you think that we could improve in the way our services are delivered? Do you know how to make a complaint and if so what has your experience been when doing so? LHC is looking for client views on these and a range of other questions.
