LHC is the hub at the centre of a number of schemes. Each scheme has its own particular area of specialism and is treated as an individual concern, whilst being managed by LHC. This allows us to call upon and refer to a broad range of expert services which are provided from schemes highly experienced in their particular field. The schemes gain the advantage of having LHC as a single point of contact and administration, leaving them to concentrate on providing their services. Areas of need covered by our schemes include mental health, learning difficulties, drug / substance misuse, offending, violence and abuse.
